Eating With Confidence.

It’s a known fact that food is one of the main “go to” remedies for when those bad moods and emotional states creep up on us. Emotional eating is a big thing for a lot of people and I am not ashamed to say that I was an emotional eater when I was younger and as a result was about 30kgs heavier than what I am now. Eating shouldn’t be looked at as a bad habit, it’s just a matter of learning to eat those foods that are going to heighten your mood and not leave you feeling guilty. It is still really hard to not binge on chips and chocolate (in fact, it’s quite stressful when you’re in the supermarket trying to decide between those Tim Tams and a fresh mango).
