How many times have you been on a diet? If you type “diet” in to a search engine, how many ads bombard your screen? Mostly all of those ads are claiming that they have finally figured out how to speed-up your weight-loss, and guess what? It’s easy! If only that were true.
Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for permanent weight-loss. If you have a good amount of weight to lose, thinking about losing weight with diet and exercise can be daunting. It is not easy, however, we can make it much more difficult on ourselves than it has to be.
